What are those 3D things of people from the shoulders up called. I have just spaced what those are called. Anyway why I ask is because i wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on how to make one per say for a cake top. icon_smile.gif

Head and shoulders is a bust. Depending on how big, it could be molded with chocolate, or shaped from fondant or candy clay. If you can sculpt, you can use a mixture of fondant and gumpaste for a good medium.
