Does anyone know of a website that has old cake pan instructions from pans that are retired?

I have a mini choo choo train pan ... I am looking for how much batter to use. I could guess.... but that's too much fun!

There is a Forum right here on CC for this if you just go on down the list. Janice

Is it the pan with 6 trains on it? If so the directions say 1/4th cup.

You can get directions for most Wilton pans on thier webiste. icon_smile.gif

No, this is the old pan from 1975 ... it's one "big" train ... but its a mini train.

I eyeballed it and it took about 2 1/4 cups batter and came out perfectly!

I can't find that pan anywhere on the wilton site though... oh well!
