I have a great-looking recipe for Mississippi Mud Pie that calls for chocolate extract, but I haven't been able to find any. The filling already uses cocoa powder and semi-sweet chocolate and I'm wondering if the extract will even be missed if I don't include it. Thoughts?

What about a chocolate liquer. Creme' de Cacao. Would that work?? Might be really nice. Just a thought.
