Help! I am in the middle of decorating a cake and I came here to look at the tutorial on "How to Apply Hair to a Figurine" - Or something like that and I CAN'T FIND IT! icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Does anyone know the name of the gal that did the tutorial? Or can you help me find where it was posted?

Are you talking about the article about making fairies? That had a step about hair in it. I can't find the article on here though. It was a link in the email that was sent out about the results of the fairytale cake contest.

I just read the tutorial on"How to make a fondant fairy" and they show how to put hair on her. I don't know if that is what you are looking for or not.

YES, MrsMissey! That's it! This time I will be saving the instructions in my favorites. Thanks again.

But, I didn't get your message until after I ended up just winging it! It turned out okay. I learned a lot! ouch.gif

Here is a collage of the cake I was needing the hair instructions for.

To make the tree, I took a cake piller and applied fondant to it! That simple! thumbs_up.gif
