I am looking for a good raspberry filling to use in my cakes. Any suggestions? I looked at the one here on CC and I saw mousse. I don't want that.

Thanks
Oh yeah, I need it by tomorrow.

The best and most reliable, for me, is a good quality raspberry jam. I generally get the seedless variety. makes a great filling. If you want a creamy version, just blend it with some of your icing.

PM PerryStCakes...she gave me a great raspberry filling recipe that I now USE ALL THE TIME! Its not seedless (but i dont mind the seeds) but I suppose you could strain it if you wanted.
