I just found out that I need to do a cake for a 30th Surprise Birthday for 80 adults. The only idea the husband gave me is that she likes to scrapbook. Anyone have any ideas for me or how to serve 80? I've only done cakes that serve 30-40 people so this one is significantly bigger.

then decorated like it was the pages of a scrapbook with items of importance -- edible images w/ fondant/gumpaste frames, lettering etc.
