I need help i am going to try my hand at fondent (i bought the good kind) last time i tried to make MMF and put it on the cake lets just say i sat on the floor powered sugar and corn starch EVERYWHERE and cried! i am covering a 3' deep 8' cake that will be a drum!!

I don't know what it is you want, but have you watched thie video that Ateco has? There is instructions for fondant application.

Good luck..must admit I always buy my fondant much easier...
