I have a local coffee house that gets ice cream cakes shipped in blank, and has been selling them that way. Now the owner (a friend of my family's) wants to bring in a decorator to decorate the cakes, no fancy, just a little decorating. He asked me if I am interested, and how I would charge. I am completely lost!! Any suggestions?

I think it would vary by design... set a basic fee like 10 for a simple design like border and message base price and go up from there 5 add for a few flowers..buttercream of course..I think that is where I might start.. I mean how hard is a border and a few flowers and a small message. thats an easy 15-20 bucks..just my oponion..
