Brite White is an emsulsifier that helps Buttercream icing to be fluffier and have a less greasy feel in your mouth. I have searched high and low on the internet and cannot find it anywhere.

If you use it where do you buy it?

I buy it at my local bakery supply store here in Albuquerque, NM.

I don't use it (because it's also supposed to keep the icing creamy, which I think would mess up the crusting factor), but they do carry it at a local cake shop. Perhaps they would ship to you. Let me know if you want their number.

Thanks guys,

I was hoping to find it on the internet where I could order it. If anyone knows of any places on the internet please let me know.

The Winbeckler site used to carry it, but not anymore.

I purchase mine from sugarcraft.com under the name Angel White Icing base:

National Flavors sells Snow White Icing base (#711) in a 40# bucket for $1.36#
