Welcome to Cake Central. Pastrychef.com has modeling chocolate.
Recipe for modeling clay is fairly standard.
16 ounces of chocolate
1/2 cup clear corn syrup.
GENTLY melt the chocolate, stir till smooth
add corn syrup and stir, just till it is blended. don't over stir.
pour it out onto parchment, waxed paper, silpat
let it cool overnight. Knead it until it is pliable.
