I am having difficulty with my MMF (Rhonda's recipe) being dry. Is this because I have been handling it too much? Each time I roll it out I use my little "puffer" so it won't stick which I am sure is contributing to the problem. How do I moisten it up? Thanks for your help!

Fondant can be rolled on shortening instead of sugar or cornstarch. Otherwise you can dry out the fondant. You can rub it and your hands with a bit of shortening or dampen your hands and knead the fondant until it is pliabel.
