I was making a pudding filling for a cake with what was supposed to be three boxes of vanilla pudding. Well guess what????? icon_surprised.gif Yup.. one was chocolate icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif I have only put one box of vanilla and the one box of %^$ chocolate into the bowl. I need a 3 box batch of chocolate pudding for a cake tomorrow. Do you think I can add another box of chocolate to this disaster of a mix and use it? I dont want to waste two boxes of pudding and two cups of heavy cream that I had already put in the bowl.

I don't see a reason why not. If it isn't as chocolate-y as you want, you can add a couple tablespoons of cocoa, early in the mixing process.

Sure! I think you will just fine because you have two boxes of chocolate and only one box of vanilla. icon_smile.gif
