My girlfriend just had a baby shower (I was one of the hosts) and was inspired to try my first tiered cake (more than two.) We had 102 people. During assembly my top tier toppled over. Luckily I caught it! The top three BC frostings were a mess. I pulled out the VIVA paper towels and I can't believe it, but it helped me to resculpt all of my BC and save the cake!!! The best past is it only took about 20 minutes to fix it.

Everyone was ranting and raving over the cake. I'll post picures as soon as I can. My cakes taste GREAT, I just need to perfect the decorating. I love this board! It inspires me to get creative!

Can't wait to see the cake. That was one massive baby shower party. The most I've been to was 50 people.
