feel very, very greasy?
I made it for the first time (the recipe that's here on CC) and used to cover both cookies and rice krispie treats. It just felt SO greasy to me? It is supposed to be like that? I realize there is a lot of shortening in it, but still!
Thanks!

Yes, it is pretty greasy feeling. I usually make mine a day ahead of time and it's not as bad....plus I also use confectioner's sugar to roll it out to keep it from sticking, so that will absorb more of the grease.

I find, after it sits on the cookies for a little while, it tends not to be so greasy, I dont bag mine untill they have sit for awhile . and if you keep the bag kind of puffy ( with air ) it wont leave a grease stain !! I have never tried it on rkts though .!
