I saw some cakes that were airbrushed and they look awesome, and I was curious if I were to purchase an airbrush machine, would anyone be able to suggest a brand or type, and a price that is the average rate? Also are they easy to use? There are so many things I want to try, and this is one of them. Thanks in advance, Veronica

A very good question. Sorry I don't know the answer.

I believe the brand I have is Kopykake. I really like it. I got mine as a gift but I believe it was $200. Also the books by Roland Winbeckler are great to learn technique. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for the airbrushing tips, I am hoping I can convince my husband to purchasing it, so I can experiment.
