Does anyone know? I'd like to use it but have no idea what to attach with.
Thanks

Numerous ways to do this: place decoration on while the cookie is warm; lightly cover the cookie with thinned RI or corn syrup or water.

Absolutely best way is to cut all the fondant and have it ready to go (on a cookie sheet with waxed paper between the layers is good) even letting it dry out a little, or freeze it for a little while helps you maneuver it. Then, put a sheet of cookies in the oven and when they come out, lay the fondant on the hot cookies, and it will melt to them and stick like cement!!!

Edited to add: I prefer this method because I don't like the idea of a layer of something else between the cookie and the fondant. This will not affect the taste as adding something else may!

Lisa, thank you for posting that tutorial website. It is very good. AidensMommy06, I have used cornsyrup, but it can be a little messy. My favorite method is when the cookies come out of the oven.

We just brush a little water on the fondant & then place it. Sticks like glue once it has dried. Tried the put them on the cookie is hot idea & it just didn't work for us. This was we can take our time.

I use thinned royal icing. For me it's the easiest way and it doesn't effect the taste.
