The Chocolate Ganache I recipe on this site calls for 8 oz "cream." Does that mean whipping cream or just whole milk?

Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure it's heavy cream...that's what I use anyway!

Heavy cream or whipping cream, it wouldn't taste the same with milk.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the help...I kinda thought it was the whipping cream but wanted to make sure since I have never made it before. icon_lol.gif

Milk doesn't work..the ganache needs the fat in the heavy cream in order to emulsify the ganache.

If you tried it with milk, you might get something more like cocoa to drink.
