What consistency should the 'dough' be when you are done mixing the ingredients? First time making them and them seem really ..um, wet I guess is the word I'm coming up with...and soft. Do I need to add more cake???

i would, i made them 2 times only and the 2nd time the cake was a little tiny bit too moist and it didnt go over well. i think you want it to point to where you bit into it and it still seems like cake. just roll 1 up and taste it and if its good to you then it should be ok once dipped. sorry i'm not more help.

thanks...I'm gonna add some more cake to it (i even baked another cake just to do it!!) HOPEFULLY this will help!! Right now it, it is just way to moist...can roll it but it won't keep its shape...
