I made some gumpaste with the Wilton mix about a month ago. I tinted various pieces and stored the in ziplock bags in an airtight container.

I checked on it today and found that it is still pliable but, some parts seem to be oozing...I guess it's the food coloring?

Is this still usable and safe to use on cake?
Thanks! icon_smile.gif

Since gumpaste decorations are normally not eaten, sure it is safe to use, as long as you can manage it. It is mostly sugar, nothing really spoils. Just knead it well before you try to use it.
