Phew! My License Is Finally Through!!yay!

I went through so much red tape being the first one in my area to be licensed and then after 18months, we decided the kids were getting bigger, the business was...so the house needed to grow too! 
So..we moved, got my new kitchen licensed and have spent the last 6 months and several thousand dollars getting my 4th bedroom converted into my cake studio complete with oven, 2 seperate sinks, 2 metre long stainless bench and everything I need to be self sufficient in that one room! YAY!!!
But all the laws had been upgraded, and I had even MORE red tape to get through to get the new room licensed!! I told my husband that this is that last place I will license and will stay in it forever!!
I just wanted to share my delight that the LAST license is FINALLY through and I am just so thrilled that for the first time since I began doing cakes, I DON"T have to use my own kitchen anymore. It is sooooo much easier to keep the cake room clean and let the kids do what they want in the kitchen, previously the kitchen had to constantly be immaculate!
I am doing my happy dance!!! 
A BIG congratulations to you. I know what you mean about keeping things separate is easier!! Now you can relax and bake bake bake!!
