I'm going to make my first ganache. It may have to go in the fridge. Can and how do I warm it up for pouring? Thanks bunches!!
I always use a double boiler, just put a bowl over barely simmering water (not boiling) and slowly warm it up. If you don't want to watch it warm up, bring the water to a boil, turn it off, and drop the bowl over the water, stir occasionally.
Thanks JoAnn!
