Okay, I just made cupcakes, and about halfway through baking them I realized I forgot to add oil, but did manage to put in a box of pudding and an extra egg 
... Pillsbury box mix by the way... They rose, and look okay, but are they going to taste bad? I was just making them to bring camping this weekend, so it's not for someone else and therefore not a big deal... Does anyone know what this will do?

I think they will taste okay but might be a little dry. Make some of that twinkie filling on this site and fill them. Everybody will be happy then.
