If you are licensed, what type of school or certifying module did you go through? Culinary may encompass more than I'm looking for. Personal Chef does not seem to focus entirely on baking either. Need help. I'm in AZ. Thanks!
No school of study is 'required' for cake decorating. Many decorators have successful, licensed businesses without any 'certification'. Most participate in whatever specialty training my be available from decorating experts.
