No, really...Did anyone watch the last episode? He let Julia go (the short order cook) but not before he told her how proud he was of her. Then told her he was sending her to culinary school, before hugging her! What a big old softy!

He has paid his dues and is an extraordinary chef. I am a real fan of the show, but some of the contestants this season are really bugging me. All the men were pathetic. And Rock is one giant ego.
Julia got an amazing opportunity from Chef Ramsey. culinary school will change her future dramatically.

I don't know who I want to win. I had wanted Julia to win as far fetched as that was, I know. It just bugged me how everyone kept referring to her as the "waffle house cook". What a bunch of pretentious butts 
and honestly none of them have all that much to toot their horn over this season. I still like watching the show, but mainly to see Ramsey BARK!
I also LOVE Gordon Ramsey and Hells Kitchen!!! One of my favorite shows!! It made my heart melt to see him be so sweet to Julia on Monday ... he definitely has a soft side, even if he doesn't let it show very often! She was my favorite, too, and I was sad to see her go. I am not really all that impressed with the ones who are left, but I will still enjoy watching the rest of the season.
I missed this episode! Darn it. I was rooting for her too but new she had very little chance to win it. I'm so happy to hear she is getting sent to culinary school, she totally has the heart and drive to make it. I think the Chef saw that in her too and that's why he offered to send her. He has a big heart that he doesn't like to show often.
my husband and I LOVE this show.....we were rooting for her....but it was a given fromt he start she wouldnt win...I got so excited when he let her go the way he did....he gave her ( for her) I think a much better opportunity then putting her in that restaurant to fail.....I swear Rock better not win....I can NOT stand him.....and Id root for Jen if she hadn't dug out of the freakin trash!!!!!!! and Bonnie...whine whine whine! 
My husband swears Rock will win....he doesnt like him but he knows his stuff more than the others.....i think Jen shows that she can be both nice and firm....but the girl dug food out of the trash!

I caught it this week too, usually I don't remember. It was very sweet to see him show how proud of her he was and to offer something like that. You could tell she was very touched. I hated to see her go, especially when she won a challenge but this will be great for her.
I wanna know where you can watch them online too because I missed the episode when crazy Melissa finally went home.

You are all right about Rock But I have this sinking feeling he'll be the one that wins. Hopefully, Jen has learned her lesson about the garbage can I know the last show will be between the both of them and I guess the lesser of the two evils would be Jen. She had started getting on my nerves (let alone my stomach w/ the trash bit) when she wasn't communicating w/ Bonnie or Julia and then she started in with the "waffle house cook" comments, too. I hate people with big heads and I don't mean literally a la Ted Kennedy Sorry

He use to have another show that I preferred. He would go into restaurants that were failing and observe the chefs and the way the restaurant was being run. He would work with the head chef and if he couldn't turn him around he would designate someone else to take charge and then advise the owners how to run their restaurant. His temper would always flair up in every episode. I can not remember what the show was called, but it was great.
OMG. I love Chef Ramsey. He's not scary but so dang cute. Gotta slight crush on him. But anyways. That was trully amazing of him to do that. I thought that was one of the coolest things ever. I already know whose winning. (Read the spoiler). And I can't wait to see the person's face when they are announced.
