Hi debiashwood, I teach cake decorating at an adult school and teaching is very rewarding, I think that the most important thing is to have fun with your students and make them feel special, I love the looks on their faces when the accomplish a new technique!

Same here. I teach at a local hobby store here. I even love to teach lefties. Cause they are afraid that us righties won't be able to teach them. Suprise I can teach with either hand.
