cooling rack big enough for a large cake? Im runing short on a cooling rack and dont know what to do. Flop it out on a board, towell, another pan? Im clueless!

I've put them on large cutting boards before.

I've used the back of another, cool pan with parchment paper on it to keep it from sticking.

You could use one of your oven racks. If it's uneven, prop it up with a kitchen towel or a hot pad, etc. HTH
