HI my sister and i are trying to start a little business selling and decorating cake and to also supply party favors , ideas and fun equipment but i dont know if we should have under one name or two ..
was thinking about a cake name like " THE CAKE CONNECTION " or a whole party type like " THE PARTY SPOT , from cake's to candy " anyone have any ideas or suggestions all help is welcome
You need to find out whether selling home baked goods is legal in your area. Some states allow it with and inspection/license, some states don't permit it at all- Florida, California and Texas come to mind.
Once you find out how to sell legally, I would select a name that gives you the most flexibility, so you aren't limited to one product.
