I have a customer that wants me to make a cake like this one, for a surprise 25th anniv. party. (The original wedding cake)

What sizes do you think these are?

Wow, it is really hard to tell, but it is definitely a really B-I-G cake. Using the plastic forks for scale, I would guess that the bottom tier is a 20", and probably 6" tall. I would guess that the second tier is probably 16". I think the top might be a 10", and only 4" tall.

This is definitely only a guess, though, and some of the experienced wedding cake bakers may have a much better estimate.

the top looks like either a 6" or 8" and the other two look like a 10"or 12" and 12"or 14".

If the bottom is only a 12", those forks must be really tiny!

Very pretty cake

do you think those are bc roses or Royal Icing roses? I wish I could ask the lady, but that won't work, since it's a surprise.

OH, and would you put that tuck n ruffle under the bottom layer, or just leave that off?
