So theknot.com calls me today to let me know that a wedding that i did the cake for is going to be featured in the knot magazine as a "real wedding". In case you are not familiar, the knot magazine is a nationwide magazine and there is also knotTV on cable and sattelite! This would be wonderful news if it wasn't the least favorite cake i have done...ever! ARGH! I hope the photographer got some good pics of my cake! icon_redface.gif

Well congrats on the publicity, but that sucks about it being your least fave cake! I have had that happen (with local magazines, not the Knot) where its some ugly cake from an ugly angle and its like WHY THIS ONE?!? lol but what can you do?

I don't have a pic. I usually take a pic of every cake but i was so UNimpressed i thought "Nah, i'm not even putting that in my photo album." Basically it was a smooth buttercream cake with a taupe satin ribbon and strings of rhinestones around the bottom of each tier.
