I am making a seashell wedding cake next month. I have already given her a quote, but I'd like to see what you all would have quoted. It's a 2 tier round cake. A 10" on the bottom with the 6" on top. Strawberry cake with buttercream icing. There will also be home made chocolate seashells all over the cake. I will tell you all what I quoted her, after I hear what you all think. Thanks a lot guys.

around $225, but like Doug I'm in a poor area so it would have to be made cheaper here.

I quoted her $200.00. She ordered the cake also, so I guess it was a good price. I thought I had over charged her, but I am still getting used to the fact the we should'nt feel bad for charging people for what our talent is worth. Thanks guys. icon_biggrin.gif

Wow!

I would get $123.50. That is 42 servings @ $1.75 each. Plus $50 for the shells. icon_biggrin.gif
