Can I Add Gumpaste To Chocolate Candy Clay ?

I'm making a mickey mouse hat cake and I want to make the ears out of chocolate clay but I'm afraid they will get too soft on the 2 hour trip in the trunck of my car. Has anyone tryed it ? Caixa.

I don't think it works the same. Can you make the ears and keep them in a cooler to add when you get where you are going?

chocolate clay is different from modeling choc. The 1st being just melted choc and corn syrup, the second that mixed with fondant/GP. It will ,ake the ears a lot more sturdy and easier to do. The ratio is usually 1/2 of each. this can also be done with fondnat and GP in the same amounts to give flexability of fondant and control of GP.
