Feeling Very Low!

I have been baking cake for a two tier baby shower cake....I am having a cake disaster. First I tried to doctor a cake mix and baked 10 inch cake. My husband said it tasted like sand. Ok next shot for the scratch cake. I did a 10*3 2 batches . I didnt mix the sugar properly it made a hole in the cake. I was making another cake for the top tier which has chocolate chips....actually the chip sunk and make a googy bottom...the disaester was not over...I baked 3 10 inch cake....I broke one... Finally i baked two more cake. Wow in one day I made 13 cakes...i was exhausted since i had just one 8 inch and 2 10 inch pan...cleanup was really hard. It was the worst day. I couldnt even sleep...usually i dont have any problem with baking...I just felt icon_cry.gif Today somehow i finised the cake. I am finally relived to get over with this.

Aww sweetie try not to get too down. We all have or are going to have days when nothing seems to go right. Its just speed bumps, once you get over them your put your foot down and dont look back.

OH honey with the weather you've been having (73% humidity!!!) I am betting that had a lot to do with it. Thankfully you got thru it, and you have plenty of scraps for cake balls!
