Pan Sizes For Tiered Cake...please Help

for a wedding cake with 3 tiers feeding about 30 people what size pans should i use im not sure.

Well, a 6/8/10 would be 74 servings, but if they kept the 6" for their anniversaru that would cut it down to 62 and everyone could have a large piece?? I guess you could use 4/6/8 and have less cake, but that would look really small.
That's a hard one....

i was thinking 12/10/6 how many servings is that is that way to big or do you not even use those sizes?

Are they keeping the top tier? If they are you could do a 6", 10" and a dummy 12". Or, for bigger slices you could do a 6", dummy 10" and then a 12" cake.

You could do the 12, 10 and 6 and let people take home an extra slice. 30 people...that is a small wedding....

well its really 30 to 50 people and the wedding is in vegas

10/8/6 should feed about 60 people. There won't be as much distinction between the tiers though, so it may not be the look you are going for.
