my last 2 time i have made buttercream icing i comes out really light and fluffy and airy not weight to it at all i just not right its like not frosting at all. what am i doing wrong am i puting to much sugar or what???? i have no clue!
It depends on what recipe are you using. I prefer my icing to be light and fluffy. It is easier to apply and smooth. But everyone will have a slightly different opinion on buttercream.
