I'd also change the word "layers" to tiers. It sounds more professional. Unless you will have a different flavor for each layer of cake within each tier, but I doubt that. You could also get rid of the "dummy layers (tiers)" line as you can write "dummy" in the section where you are describing the flavors and fillings. I agree with an alternate contact number being needed and a date and also a place for the bride to sign off on the design would be good. ![]()
