I just made up an information sheet so I know and the bride knows exaclty what I'm doing and what she's getting. Did I miss anything?

Thanks for looking!

I would get the groom's contact info along with the planner's info just in case.

Definately get another phone contact....groom, parent of bride or something. Most of the time you will need a 2nd contact.

Thanks! I thought of that after I went to bed. I realized I was missing a "day of" contact.

I'd also change the word "layers" to tiers. It sounds more professional. Unless you will have a different flavor for each layer of cake within each tier, but I doubt that. You could also get rid of the "dummy layers (tiers)" line as you can write "dummy" in the section where you are describing the flavors and fillings. I agree with an alternate contact number being needed and a date and also a place for the bride to sign off on the design would be good. icon_biggrin.gif
