I would like to make some sort of cream cheese filling for inside a chocolate cake. It's going to be a fluffy cream cheese filling with raspberry pie filling on top, kinda like cheese cake. Any ideas on a recipe?? Should I add something to make it a little sweet? Thanks!!

I use the crusting cream cheese recipe from here as an icing and as a filling.

I like to use the cream cheese filling that goes with Libby's Pumpkin Roll recipe. I recently paired it with the WASC cake, as well as a carrot cake. It is very smooth and tasty!

I recently used regular (non crusting) cream cheese as my filling. I had some leftover from another cake and it sure made a good filling. I like the tartness of the cream cheese that offset the sweetness of the cake.
