Hi! This cake was made for my hubby who LOVES white chocolate. I think he will get his fix here! LOL....

white chocolate cake, white chocolate buttercream, apricot filling with white chocolate truffles on top!!!!!!!

Looks very yummy! What did you use inside your truffles?

Is it just apricot preserves?

Wow my mom would LOVE that - she's a big white choc. fan too - I'd love your recipes for everything- the cake, buttercream, filling, and truffles! Will you be adding any of the recipes here at CC?

Thank you all for the comments!!! Let me clarify. I did NOT make the Truffles, he likes the Lindt white chocolate ones, so those are on top. The white chocolate butter cream is very very yummy and rich, he does not care for the cake, so I am still on the quest for a white chocolate cake, I have a few that I am going to try and I will post the best one. The apricots are homemade preserves which he loves also. The butter cream frosting alone has (5) 4 oz ghiradelli white chocolate bars!!!!

I will post that recipe. It is YUMMY!!!!!!

I made a white chocolate and raspberry cake and it was just a white cake mix with melted white chocolate added and raspberry extract......I'm sure it would be just as delicious without the rasberry!!
