Hi...wondering if anybody knows whether flourless chocolate cake requires refrigeration? Or whether ganache does? Or both?

Ganache is considered 'safe' on the counter for a couple of days. Although if it is warm, the ganache can be melted and sticky.

A flourless chocolate cake should be refrigerated for storage, and warmed to room temp for serving. the eggs make it more perishable.
