hi there, can someone steer me in the direction on this site where i can find where members have given info on how to make a mix more scratchy like? i am intrigued!

Yep, its The Cake Mix Doctor by Anne Byrn, and today at Barnes and Nobles I saw a Cake Mix Bible book that seems similar. I LOVE my book! Glad to help.
