Hey Da' Momma of Cakes!!

I hope you can answer this. If not would someone answer it? Thanks~

I'm doing tuxedo strawberries tomorrow. I know the strawberries need to be dry before coating them w/ chocolate. Question is... Can I leave them out on the counter top covered w/ a paper towel till tomorrow morning? I've never left fruit out on the counter so I figured I'd ask.

Thanks!

Since Squirrleycakes hasn't answered you yet I will give it a shot. I have done this many times, when you buy the strawberries they are sitting out, so washing them and leaving them out would be fine. Its worked for me. Hope that helps!

Yes Tina it will be fine! I bought some awesome strawberries last weekend for 6 euros (the amount was equal to 3+ pints in the US) they were so good my family and I left them out and have been eating them.....
