Have one just never knew what it was until late last year and certainly didn't know the name. My mum is the gadget queen and just buys little things and she say's that maybe I could make use of it lol.

I had had trouble with this wilton leveler when I first got it, but now I know to level the cake while it is still warm (although I don't separate the layers until it cools, and then it works just fine............does not work well on cooled cakes for some reason icon_confused.gif ..... or maybe it was just me icon_redface.gif !
