What do I put on the surface that I am working on when I roll out the gumpaste to make a gumpaste bow--the kind with two loops. I've read the tutorial, but it doesn't say what to cover the work surface with--cornstarch, p. sugar, crisco--I'm new to making bows and need to make a huge one for a wedding cake in 2 weeks and am attempting a few practice ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I use cornstarch too - or powdered sugar.

Cornstarch - works for me too. Easy to dust off after the bow has dried a bit.
