Does anyone know how to calculate the number of roses you will need for a cascading rose wedding cake? I thought I had seen a site that gave an way to figure that. Anyone?
Bump... sorry I can't help
I think Earlenescakes.com has a chart for how many lace points you would need. there may be a rose calculator. You could estimate the size of the rose and cut them from sticky notes and put them on a stack of pans. That would at least get you close.
Good idea, JoAnnB.
