I just read on a thread last week (I think) about Satin Ice. You can contact them directly for pricing and info through their website. I requested a sample since I had never tried it. Just arrive a few days ago and it tastes sooooo good. Kinda like MMF but a little more smooth. I love it and will probably start using it on most cakes. Here's the link to the site:

I actually just used satin ice for the first time and can say I'm really impressed. I've tried Wilton (yuck!), MMF (too tempermental) and finally saw on a forum some details about Satin Ice. It rolled out super easy, molded on the cake very nicely and does have a very mellow flavor that won't overshadow your cake/filling. Gets my vote!

Being a newbee myself, I tried it on a fathersday bbq cake. I loved it. It is still very sweet. icon_biggrin.gif
