well i finally made my first cake completely from scratch last night. it was an italian cream cake and it turned out soooo good. now i am not as scared to attempt to bake from scratch. i am so proud of myself hehe..

lol thanks, i hate to toot my own horn but this was the first time anything i baked from scratch turned out and i was so excited.
