I can't believe it I am considered Compitition. Me?
I haven't even got my business up and running yet. Before I could go to the local grocery store and pick up some fillings from the Bakery. The Other day they told me that they don't do that for the competition. WOW I take that as a complement. I didn't know what to say I just studdered for a second then said "Oh no no no I can't be competition It's just a Hobby."
P.S. 3 weeks and my business should be up and going. Of course there isn't much to do because I'm at Home (Except maybe some new Equipment 
) But I'll be able to do what I love to do legally and Really give the local Yucko Store Bakeries some good Competition.

Makes me think of some of MY customers from the local grocery store with in house bakery department...these "customers" of mine are ALSO EMPLOYEES of the grocery store...They not only see what I buy...they point me to specials going on AND they order cakes from ME not their in house bakery! I think they know where the good stuff is! hehehe I never have considered the store competition...don't know what they think of me!
