I don't know if this is what you are talking about, but Wilton did a cupcake in the 2006 yearbook that had candy melts coating the bottoms. I think there were animals on them .If you were just looking for the technique, not specific cupcakes,you can still buy the yearbook at most stores. GL.

Were they the chocolate ones with the candy melts forming the cup on the bottom? I'm thinking those were dipped though.
