I ran across the recipe for White Chocolate paste that can be used like fondant. Has anyone tried this recipe? I would like to use it for a baptism cake on Sunday. The cake would need to stay refrigerated, so my question is..Can you refrigerate this paste once it's on the cake? I'm going to have some dusty rose accents on the cake, but I was worried that maybe the cake's condensation would ruin them. What do you think?

Candy clay can be refrigerated. Unless you remove it from the fridge into a very warm room, condensation should be minimal. also, it tends to bleed less than fondant or other products.
