I have been trying to come up with ideas for a cake for tomorrow evening. Thanks to everyone on CC, I now have a really great idea, but I need luster dust or I hear super pearl is great, but I don't have time to order it online. Are there any stores where I can buy this? I haven't seen it at AC Moore...that's where I usually shop. Any suggestions?
I haven't seen any type of luster/pearl dusts in chain stores as of yet. The only place I have seen them are in local cake supply stores. You might check the yellow pages and make some phone calls. Good luck, and here's a bump for you. Maybe someone in your neck of the woods can point you in the right direction. 
I ordered mine from sugarcraft.com and got it in less than a week. You could try overnighting it but that might be a little expensive just for dust.
I have always had to order my super pearl luster dust online. If there is a store in Ky that sales it I wonld be surprised. Maybe you will have better luck in NC.
I found some!!!! Thanks for the yellow pages suggestion. I just started calling around and found a shop on the other side of town that I didn't even know about! For others in my area, it's called Elaines Baking and Kitchen Supplies. Her shop in on Lawyers Rd. in Charlotte.
