I know this is a stupid question, but I wanted to know if a recipe says to bake the cake in a bundt pan, do I have to? I want to try a new recipe in a 10" round pan, can it be done? How much longer do you usually cook it for?

TIA.

I had wondered about that, too, because I have a really good buttermilk pound cake recipe. I'm thinking you would cook it LESS time because it won't be as thick.
